Georgia Wright — A Heart for Community, A Future in Healing

At CAS, we believe in the power of people — those who show up with open hearts, listening ears, and a willingness to serve. This week, we celebrate one of those people: Georgia Wright, a placement student whose presence left a lasting impression on both our team and the community we serve.

Currently studying for her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University, Georgia joined us with a passion for mental health and a strong desire to connect meaningfully with others. What she gave us, and our community, was so much more.

From supporting women navigating complex challenges to simply showing up with kindness and patience, Georgia brought humanity into every interaction. Her ability to hold space, offer comfort, and lend her voice to community conversations has been both inspiring and impactful.

The beauty of placements like Georgia’s isn’t just in the learning — it’s in the living. The giving. Being part of something bigger than yourself. And that, Georgia embodied completely.

As she moves forward into the next chapter of her academic and professional journey, we know her impact will extend far beyond our walls. Georgia, thank you for your time, your heart, and your service. The CAS community is better because you were part of it.

Here’s to everything ahead; and to a future filled with purpose.
