CAS Rochdale’s Summer 2025 Programme included an educational trip to the Pioneer Museum — birthplace of the Co-operative movement. This enriching trip offered our children an immersive experience into the values of cooperation, community, and shared progress.
The children explored exhibits on the Rochdale Pioneers and learned about fair trade, social justice, and collective responsibility. They also dressed in period costumes to experience life in 1844.

After the tour, we returned to the hub for a shared meal, followed by fun games and team-building activities. Children enjoyed a day full of learning, laughter, and meaningful connections.

At CAS, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Therefore, we continue to create inclusive programmes that empower children through creativity, exploration, and community support.
Value for Parents & Funders:
Our programme is designed to provide safe, fun, and enriching experiences that keep children intellectually active while building soft skills like empathy, leadership, and communication. For parents, this offers peace of mind during the summer break. For funders and stakeholders, it reflects a direct investment in child development, local heritage, and positive youth engagement.
