Caring and Sharing Rochdale (CAS) is delighted to welcome a brand-new community minibus, creating more opportunities for local people to connect, participate and enjoy activities together.
The new minibus will strengthen our ability to provide accessible community transport and help more people take part in activities, events, outings and programmes across Rochdale.
We are incredibly grateful to Clothworkers’ Foundation and Lloyds Bank Foundation for their generous support. Their funding has made this important addition to our community work possible and will help us reach more people who may face transport barriers.
Making Community Activities More Accessible
For many people, having access to reliable transport can make a real difference to their ability to participate in community life.
Our new community minibus will help CAS provide more accessible transport for the people and families we support. It will make it easier for community members to attend activities, join events, explore new places and spend meaningful time with others.
From community outings to group activities and special events, the minibus will support opportunities for connection, inclusion and shared experiences.
